Petal Pizzaz

Another month and that means more Elite Blog Challenges. Please go check out all the fabulous work that the Elite Stampers do.  So far I’ve done one of the challenges which is the colour challenge.  This one was called Perfect Breeze, and the colours used were, Baja Breeze, More Mustard and Perfect Plum.  I threw some white in there too (shhh don’t tell).

I wasn’t sure how these colours were going to go together and was a bit daunted to be honest, but I think they’ve done quite well.  :)  The flowers were from the Petal Pizzaz stamp set, and the orange flowers were punched out with the Circle Scallop punch.  If I can cheat I will, it does save ages in cutting by hand.  lol  Anyway, hope you like it.

    Hi Karen,

    I just LOVE this card. The colours really work together and the layout is fantastic. I used to HATE Perfect Plum, but I’m coming around of late and your card has really convinced me that I now like it. Pale Plum - not so lucky!
